shuffle says provider review can take 14 business days after a big win

Has anyone here actually had to wait the full 14 business days for a provider review after a big win? I’m not talking about your average withdrawal delays but the extra step where the provider, not just the casino, has to verify the win. Shuffle is quoting me that, supposedly because it was a sizable amount on a non-proprietary slot. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this, but it’s the longest wait I’ve been quoted so far.

I’m not accusing them of anything shady yet, but I’m trying to figure out what’s standard and what’s pushing it. I already sent the documents, KYC is done, and support claims this is just their process for certain jackpots. Not gonna lie, it makes me twitchy having a win sit in limbo.

Anyone have stories of getting paid quicker or getting stuck in this phase? If you waited, did the provider actually take that long or was it more a casino thing?

14 business days is such a weirdly specific sportsbetting fake-serious number lol i waited 9 once and felt dumb for thinking weekend counted!!!

14 business days is the part that stinks. That's three calendar weeks for a slot, not even Live Dealer.
