Stake support review?

Tried out their support a few times when my withdrawal lagged and when I had trouble with bonus terms. Got the usual canned responses at first, but once I pressed harder and sent screenshots, someone actually dug in and fixed the bonus mess up. Took a couple hours, not instant, but at least they followed through.

I know some folks claim you gotta be aggressive to get anywhere with casino support. I just stay calm, explain the issue clearly, and keep the conversation moving.
