monero deposit ok but btc withdraw only after big win makes no sense

I put in a Monero deposit without any issues, and the process was super fast. But after a couple of lucky spins on roulette and hitting a solid multiplier, I tried to cash out some of it using BTC instead of XMR. Suddenly I hit a roadblock where withdrawals aren’t allowed unless it’s a big win, whatever their cutoff is. This seems weird, since they took Monero without hesitation, but now my only cash-out option in BTC has these random restrictions attached.

Is anyone else getting caught in this kind of trap where deposit and withdrawal methods don’t match up? To me, it feels like they’re forcing players to keep gambling or stick with one currency. If there’s some logic here I’m missing, I’d love to know what it is. I’m mostly playing live dealer games and like to move between different wallets, so this is kind of a headache for me.
