rollbit says my nft rakeback snapshot missed because i claimed too early.

Just got the weirdest message after trying to claim my NFT rakeback from a casino. Support says my rakeback snapshot “missed” because I claimed “too early” or something. I double-checked my history and I’m pretty sure I followed every step, just claimed it like I always do. Kinda annoying since the whole point is to reward loyalty, right? I feel like I did everything by the book, didn’t rush through anything, and now it’s just gone.

Wondering if anyone else has had issues with snapshots lining up wrong? I don’t want to keep grinding if the timing just screws you over randomly. I always thought the crypto scene was supposed to be transparent but now I’m not so sure how much to trust these “snapshot” systems. If there’s a better way to track this stuff or make sure you don’t miss it, I’m all ears.
