played mines on mobile and desktop then casino flagged session as duplicate device

Last night I was messing around with mines, tried a couple spins on mobile while my desktop session was still open in the background. Next thing I know I get a flagged session alert and it says “duplicate device” on my account page. Never ran into that before, and now it’s got me paranoid. I do hop between devices a lot since my work setup is right next to my main rig at home.

I’m not running any bots or scripts or anything like that, just genuinely moving from one device to another depending on where I’m sitting. Anyone else run into this or know how strict these sites actually are with sessions? I’ve read about other folks getting locked out or even bonus bans but wasn’t sure if that’s normal or just bad luck.

If support confirms it was just the two active sessions, that's a lot less concerning than an actual account security investigation.

Yeah "duplicate device" is usually just duplicate session, not two humans lol mobile + desktop trips lazy fraud filters all the time

Yeah, maybe it blows over, but a casino tossing “duplicate device” at plain old account use just screams bargain-bin risk software to me. Same energy as those roulette lobbies with weird little bet options and payouts that make you squint. I’d stop getting cozy there...

Having your desktop session open while using mobile could easily trigger something automated. Doesn't necessarily mean they think you're botting.

Interesting, I wouldn’t assume it stops at “automation” though, these outfits love a vague flag because it gives them cover later when cashout or bonus terms come up. I had one do that after a poker session, then suddenly wanted fresh KYC, real convenient stuff
