Had something real weird pop up with my poker account. Support basically told me I’m locked out because someone else logged in on the same device as me years ago, maybe a friend or a family member, don’t even remember honestly. They’re saying that device history is now flagged on their side, and that ties my account to another player, so they won’t let me back in. No matter what proof I send, even old receipts and utility bills, it all just gets auto-rejected.

Feels a bit wild that one shared laptop from back when could mess up my account years later. Who hasn’t let someone check their balance or try a free spin? I get wanting to keep things fair, but this all-or-nothing policy seems harsh, especially for just playing microstakes now and then.
