account linked to another one but i only logged in at hotel wifi

so i got this message saying my account was linked to another one for “fraud” reasons, but the only thing i did was play a few spins using hotel wifi while i was on a work trip. no one else used my phone or login, i’m the only one who knows my details. starting to think someone else at the hotel was playing from the same network and it flagged both accounts. annoying cause i just triggered a free spins promo and now my cashout is stuck.

anyone else had this happen? does it matter if it’s public wifi, or is this just random bad luck? not sure if i should bother support or if they’ll just stick to their story.

Maybe, but hotel wifi yeah i'd never touch slots on that, one shared ip and some book makes it your problem fast

Hotel wifi gets blamed for everything. Poker sites usually care more about device overlap than one IP.
