room says my account needs security check because i logged in from new wifi

so i logged in from my buddy’s place last night to check some tables, and now the site’s making me jump through hoops for a “security check.” never had this happen before just for wifi. i get the idea but feels a bit much considering all i did was use a different router, not like i’m laundering chips or something. roulette tables aren’t even hot right now, just trying to see if any promos are hiding.

anyone else get flagged just for logging in from a different network? they ever hassle you for vpn too?

its usually not the wifi by itself, its the combo, new network plus weird login time plus maybe a browser they dont know. sportsbooks do this too, i got hit after checking lines at the marina on guest wifi, vpn makes it way more annoying fast

What bugs me is they’ll act like Fort Knox on login day, then turn into sleepy DMV clerks the second a promo is miscredited. I got shoved into a “security review” after checking a reload bonus from my brother’s place, and somehow that took 2 minutes to trigger but fixing the bonus tracker took three emails and a week lolll. That’s the part that feels fake-serious to me. If they’re gonna be paranoid, fine, be consistent about it. Don’t freeze me over nothing and then suddenly need “up to 72 hours” to find ten bucks in free spins hiding in the account history

Yeah lol, hotel wifi got me checked once and VPN made it worse. Online casinos see new IP + tunnel and freak out fast!!!
