That’s not you failing to read, that’s their back end being a MESS and support usually just parrots whatever the system says. Yeah I had one do that after Live Dealer, switched tables right when the card shuffler feed hiccuped and the token got stranded in bonus junk. I kept thinking cache or logout would fix it, that was my mistake, IT didn't, support had to kick it loose and it took longer than it should've

Yeah, this is why I drifted to Live Dealer for a lot of my play. Slots do that little theater routine where Crystal Forest or Lucky Diamonds acts like it’s loading up a life changing event, then you get 9 cents and a blinking screen. Same places can’t keep Wheel stuff from crashing and half of them won’t even give a demo mode, tells you plenty. The bonus isn’t “magic,” it’s just another line in the math and usually a cheap one.
