why some live dealers seem way more attentive than others

noticed sometimes dealers seem super locked in, actually making eye contact and catching stuff like accidental double clicks, while others look kinda zoned out and barely say anything. not sure if it's just shift timing or if certain tables get more training or something. sometimes i wonder if tipping makes any difference or if that even matters on crypto sites where there's barely any live chat.

anyone else notice this? is it just random who you get or are there ways to spot when you're about to get a good one?

I've noticed it. In live blackjack, the sharp ones watch bet confirmation. The glazed ones miss obvious stuff, same as half the poker floors lately.

Not random, mostly a staffing-and-software problem. When a room has thin live casino software and low table variety, they park the same poor soul there for hours and you can feel the wallpaper peeling. Sure, a sharp dealer helps, but half the “good one” magic is just getting a table that isn’t being run like a bus depot.

First 30 seconds tells it. If he can work under that studio lighting and still sound awake, you probably got a good one. I had one snap me out of an Auto-Play trance after a slots bender once, and of course never saw him again.
