live baccarat commission showed wrong after banker win and support says wait for audit

Played live baccarat tonight, had a banker win and noticed the commission amount wasn’t what I expected. It showed less than the usual commission right after the hand. Chatted with support and they just told me to wait for some “audit team” review but didn’t give any detail about what actually happened. Kind of sketchy since I always double check commissions and I’ve never had this before.

I’m not rushing to rage-quit or anything but it makes me wonder how often this happens or if anybody else has had a weird outcome and just missed it. Feels like the system should be instant and transparent with something basic like commission, you know?

Has anyone here dealt with this or gotten a legit explanation from support, or does it usually just get swept under the rug?

Crypto casinos love that "wait for audit" crap, then suddenly the hand history updates 6 hours later like that's normal lol. Seen it on laggy live tables too, support just goes mute and drags ass...

I'd wait for the audit before jumping to conclusions, but I'd definitely keep screenshots of the hand and your balance. If the commission was calculated incorrectly, they should be able to verify it.

maybe, but if a live table can do real-time streaming and still fumble a basic banker commission line, that's not some mystery imo, that's sloppy plumbing. seen the same kind of dumb laggy display stuff before, support acts like it's weather and everybody moves on

nah the bit that stinks is they can plaster live game statistics everywhere but cant show one clean commission line in history. had roulette get kicked to manual payout once and support went missing for 2 days

Support nap time, yesss, and half the time it’s some crusty shared wallet nonsense between live and slots lmao. I’d wanna know if the settled hand history changed later or if they just hoped nobody screenshots the commission line and moves on, lol did your balance itself match before/after?

Yeah and half the time "audit team" just means nobody in support can read the live game log, so they punt it. I had one on bet365 roulette where the odds display was flat wrong after a reconnect, support kept talking like the video feed and the settled result were two different planets. My mistake was not grabbing the hand ID right away, I just assumed the history would make sense later, it did not. In live baccarat the banker commission should not need a priest and a committee!!! If they can't show the line item clean, that's the problem right there.
