betmgm live baccarat commission got deducted twice on one banker win.

so i was playing live baccarat last night, keeping it low and steady, chasing a few small banker wins. i know the 5 percent commission is just part of life but this time, after a pretty routine win, the commission came off twice. thought maybe my eyes were just tired or something but the balance definitely took two hits. naturally, i triple-checked my bets and play history to make sure i wasn't losing my marbles, but everything showed one simple banker bet and one win, then two commissions.

i know glitches happen but that's a new one for me. figured the system might just burp and fix itself, but nope, the balance never corrected. i’m not super keen on waiting days for support to answer either, but that might be where it’s headed. anybody else ever get dinged like this on live tables? any shortcut to get this fixed or should i just brace for the email runaround?
