Baccarat commission wrong?

Noticed something weird at my usual table, dealer was taking commission on both banker and player wins. Always figured only banker wins got the fee. I double-checked the payout chart on the site and it matches what I remember, only banker should get that five percent cut. Noticed it after a run of small wins on player and the math didn’t add up right.

I’m usually pretty good at tracking promos and offers, but this fee situation doesn’t sit well with me. Anyone run into a similar thing?
