Lightning storm payout late

so i hit a pretty nice run on lightning roulette during that storm last night, but my payout still hasn’t shown up in my balance. never had an issue with regular roulettes, but this variant’s payouts are always slower for me. did anyone else notice weird lags when there’s a big weather system? starting to think the servers freak out when too many numbers get struck at once. not even worried about the cash, just want to know if this happens to other people before i waste time with support tickets.

usually i’d chalk it up to some promo bugs or something, but this is like the third time when there’s real weather going on. maybe they need to roll better odds on their payout speed.
