lobby says open table full

Anyone else run into this thing where you click on a "free" blackjack table, says it's open in the lobby, but then when you get in, every seat is taken? I end up staring at some dude's 12 against a 6 forever, waiting for him to decide. Tried refreshing a bunch but just keeps tossing me into full tables even though it shows spots. Not sure if it's a glitch or if I'm just unlucky with the timing. Is there some trick to actually finding a real open seat on these live dealer tables?
