Seat balance pending?

Seeing this "seat balance pending" message on a couple live blackjack tables lately and it's messing with my process. Usually, I keep an eye on open seats for table selection, especially with promos. 1. It seems to freeze the spot for a while, but I can't tell if the player is actually coming back or just got booted. 2. Sometimes it even ties up promo eligibility since those rounds aren't counted till the seat frees up. Wondering how others approach table selection when this happens, especially during promo hunts or limited seat games. Not sure if it's just a tech thing or if I should avoid those tables altogether.
