shoe result changed

has anyone else had the dealer flip a card in baccarat, start the round, then suddenly call it a "mistrack" and redo the whole thing? had a play last night where the first result was a banker win but after the redo, it was player. i get that human error can happen but this always feels sketchy to me when my outcome changes on the redraw. just trying to weigh out if i should even bother sticking to live tables or if this stuff's unavoidable. any similar stories or tips on how to handle this?
