Are Lightning Blackjack multipliers worth the fee?

Is there any real point paying the extra fee for lightning blackjack if you want the best return? i've been playing regular live blackjack more, and this one looks good when the multipliers hit (when they land on your card), but that fee adds up fast!

I still pay it.

When a multiplier lands on a double down it's not close

Fee's a tax on hope, plain and simple.

The fee isn't a surcharge on blackjack, it's the buy-in for a different game, so judge it on its own numbers

The multiplier only pays when it lands on your hand, the misses still cost you that dollar. I kept a running count for a few sessions and the fee outpaced whatever came back most nights.

Paying extra just to get excited once in a while ain't worth it.

I tried Lightning Blackjack for a bit, though I wasn’t tracking every hand or anything. The multipliers look good when they land, but that fee kept adding up whether I hit one or not. I went back to regular live blackjack. It just felt like my money lasted longer there (could be my rough impression).

Doesn’t add up for me.
