Betonline actually does a solid job at saving your account settings between sessions, at least for blackjack and their main table games. I’m just as fussy about layout and muted sounds, and it’s the only site that consistently remembers my preferences. Plenty of others treat settings like a one-time thing and just reset everything, which is brutal if you play live dealer or grind multiple sessions. No other casino I’ve tried nails it.
