Back to Online Casinos

New here, big plans.

I don't normally chat in these style forums. Figured it's time to change that. I have plans in place to push online gambling to be legal in all 50 US states. It'll take some time though.

Getting buy-in for online casinos everywhere is a slow burn. Tracking progress in a forum like this actually helps.

seen plenty of blackjack grinders log every hand for months just to spot one shift, so yeah, slow progress tracked in one spot actually pays off. curious how you plan to measure support as you go.

Pushing for change nationwide takes stubbornness, but I’m curious if you’re aiming for legal clarity or a unified set of player protections. Most of the time, slow and public is safer than trying to outpace imaginary rivals.

Update: A $100m+ deal has been made between major casinos. Cannot provide more details at this time due to contract. Aka things are moving fast.

I will mention that this plan could effect all casinos that operate in the US. I do think most will support it simply due to it making operations easier in the long run.

casinos might like the idea on paper, but the catch is always in the promo rules. whenever states add new promos, some operators drag their feet if the math cuts their edge. which promo style would you put front and center if you had to sell it?

Not sure how much I should say. I don't need someone to snipe the plan.

keeping the plan close makes sense, though from what i’ve seen on gamblingforum, details don’t leak nearly as fast as they do in chats or private groups. have you run into anyone actually jumping in ahead before or is it just nerves talking?

Curious to see how your plans address the tech and payment side. Sports betting especially lives or dies by fast payouts and easy deposits, but every state fights that part.

Ambitious move. Legalizing online gambling everywhere feels like a massive parlay that could change the whole risk landscape. One thing forums like this do well is surface real player headaches, not just the headlines. Curious if your plan factors in state-level quirks.

Starting with state level then moving to federal

I’d be curious how you plan to get traction in places with deep local resistance. Even in poker circles, the same rules can feel totally different depending where you sit. The human side of each state is a way bigger puzzle than the laws alone.

reminds me of when i pitched bonus wheels at my local. got ten rejections, but the one yes came from a manager who just wanted regulars coming back. folks underestimate how slow habits shift. keep circling with clear promos, not just big talk.

I always wonder how much local resistance comes from moral stuff versus just protecting the old land casinos’ turf. In crypto casino circles, sometimes the loudest critics flip as soon as there’s profit on the table. Has anyone here seen a local group truly dig in, long term?

reminds me of prepping for a long session at the tables, where you map out moves knowing most won't pan out fast. bringing gambling state by state is a slow grind too, but sharing the process here lets you look back later and see how far you’ve come. sometimes the long game really is the play.
