leovegas locked my account after i changed bank card, support says routine check

Changed my bank card for the first time in years and within a day, account gets locked. Support says it's just a "routine check" but I'm starting to feel sketched out because it's been more than 72 hours now with no access. Never had this with crypto sites or the smaller casinos, just the more mainstream ones. Every time I ask support, they just say it’s "under review" and don’t give me any details

I get that verifying stuff is necessary, and as a rule I try to keep my ID and docs ready for situations like this. Still, it’s always when you least expect it. I’ve always played disciplined, just some sports betting and the occasional poker table, nothing wild on deposits or withdrawals

Anyone else have issues after switching payment methods? How long did it take to get sorted?
