leovegas review after account got locked for “routine checks” after small win

so i cashed out a small win from slots, not even four figures, and right after i get hit with the “routine verification” email. been sending them docs for a week now and all i get is “we’ll update you soon.” kinda annoying since i’ve played there off and on for months with zero issues before. didn’t use any bonuses or try to abuse promos, just hit a lucky run on regular spins.

i get the need for kyc, but how long do these “checks” normally drag out? starting to feel a bit sus since my win wasn’t big. is this just standard or do i need to push harder or do something else? anybody else get locked right after a win and actually get their cash in the end? not sure if i should just wait or keep emailing support every day. how long would you give it before escalating?
