leovegas says my slot win is under “game provider check” after cashout request

Cashed out a decent hit from a slot, thought it’d process like usual, but now the withdrawal status is “game provider check.” Never ran into that wording before. It’s not even pending, just this weird limbo where apparently the game studio has to check something about the win. Got no further details in my emails or account inbox either, just a generic processing note.

Kinda grinding my gears because I get verifying big poker or blackjack wins for review, but a regular slot hit? Don’t usually see this unless it’s a progressive. Anyone else deal with this? How long did it take, and is there anything you wish you’d done differently during the wait? Might be reading too much into it, but weird flags set off my inner ATC alarm system.
