leovegas support says provider is checking my win but provider says its already settled.

Support is giving me the classic runaround on a roulette win. They told me it’s “under review by the provider” but when I went to the provider’s support chat found the actual company’s helpdesk email, they replied super quick that my game is already settled on their end, so now I’m stuck in the middle. Both sides basically pointing at each other and nothing’s happening.

The amount isn’t tiny, it’s a full table win so I’m obviously not letting this drop, but is this like normal when it comes to disputes? Anyone dealt with this limbo before, and if so, what finally made one side move?

That's where I'd stop letting them bounce you between departments. Get the provider's response in writing and attach it to the LeoVegas ticket.

Live dealer stuff gets weird the second the shoe closes and the back office wakes up. I used to assume “settled” meant paid, which was dumb. Usually it just means somebody parked it in a queue. Thrilling.

This is why I always save the game history when something unusual happens with a bigger win. Whether it’s LeoVegas, Gamdom, or another casino, having the exact round details makes it easier to push a dispute forward.

Keep the provider's email, LeoVegas chat transcript, game time, stake and win amount together. That's much stronger than just saying support is giving you the runaround.
