Back to Blackjack

leovegas blackjack locked my withdrawal for “game round reconciliation”.

Just got a weird email after a blackjack run - says my withdrawal is locked for “game round reconciliation.” I’m not new to playing and cashing out but haven’t run into this term before. Looked up some bits and it sounds like when a hand maybe got stuck in the system or something, but the round finished fine on my end. The edge wasn’t massive but I was playing with a matched promo, so maybe that made their system twitchy.

Anyone else have their payout frozen for this before? Did you just wait it out, or is there something proactive to try? Never had a promo cashout flagged like this on blackjack before.

Yeah lol i had that freeze a cashout before, same kind of nonsense after a blackjack session with perfect pairs on. In my experience it’s basically the provider not closing the round clean, same crap slots do all the time, then support just hides behind the wording lmao

Blackjack promo money jams it

Crypto or card barely matters, the part that always seems to make the machine cough is promo money tied to a live table, and roulette gets this too just in a different coat because the table layout and side bets muddy the tracking. I’d be pushing them on the promo ledger first, not the payout rail

My move would be pause, document the hand history and withdrawal, then get them to confirm exactly what "game round reconciliation" means for your account. I'd rather wait for a specific answer than keep playing while there's an unresolved settlement issue.

Ask for the round ID and promo ledger too. Poker rooms pull this stunt as well.
