Do you actually keep track of your casino results?

I’m still pretty new to online casinos, and I’ve been wondering if people actually keep track of their results. I started making a simple note after a few sessions, mainly to see whether I was actually doing as well as I thought. 😅
It’s interesting because I definitely remember the bigger wins more easily than the losses.

Do you guys keep track of your casino sessions, or do you just go by how things feel?
