Live casino replay broken?

So I tried checking some recent hands from live blackjack but the replay feature just spits out an error or freezes up. Pretty frustrating since I use those replays to double-check if I actually followed basic strategy or if my memory’s making things up after the fact. Makes it tougher to track mistakes or unlucky streaks, too, since I like to take screenshots for my own notes.

Not sure if it’s just me or if anyone else is running into this problem lately. Feels like when live games lag, they usually patch it up quick, but this time, it’s been at least a couple days for me. I get why tech glitches happen but for folks who actually analyze sessions, it messes with your head, right? Especially when you’re trying to improve your play and not just throw chips and pray for dealer busts.

If anyone’s found a workaround or even knows if the casino staff are actually aware this is broken, let me know what’s up.
