loyalty points gone

noticed all my loyalty points dropped off my account after i took a break for a couple months. never read the fine print on these programs, always assume they’ll hang onto your balance at least for the year. i get taking back bonuses if an account is inactive forever, but wiping the whole balance this quick feels pretty rough, especially after putting in decent volume. curious if others have run into this, or found programs with less punishing expiration rules. feels like one more reason to log every policy somewhere, but i’m betting most folks don’t bother.

Nah, rewards history is nice if you wanna watch the corpse lol, if the book did one of those monthly sweep jobs itll just show the points existed and then poof. Thats the part that bugs me, they act like a couple months off during offseason means youre a ghost account. I screwed this up once after nba, came back for nfl and my balance was zero, support sent me some canned paragraph and that was that. Now if im doing sports betting anywhere with decimal odds and all the usual nonsense, i assume the points are fake money unless i can burn em quick. Annoying as hell but thats what ive learned, dont leave a pile sitting there thinking its yours

The part that gets me is slots earn points at a snail crawl to begin with, then the account takes one nap and somehow the ledger forgets you existed. I had a host hype my “tier progress” like i was building equity. Wasn’t equity, just a rented scoreboard. Lowkey jealous you even noticed before dumping more coin in.
