casino removed loyalty points after calling them “manual correction”

So I logged into my casino account yesterday, just doing my usual check before placing a few roulette bets, and noticed a pretty big chunk of loyalty points gone. No email, nothing. I poked around and found a note in the transaction history saying “manual correction” next to the points being subtracted. Never had this happen before and I always stick to the rules, no bonus abuse or anything sketchy.

Curious if anyone else has dealt with this? I get that casinos sometimes need to fix stuff, but “manual correction” feels vague. Last week I had a nice blackjack run so maybe they think something was off, but it’s not like I was card counting or using any weird strategies. This is the first time my points have ever changed outside of my play. Thinking about reaching out to support, but I’m wondering if it’s even worth the trouble or if I should just let it go and rethink where I play.

Not a huge deal in terms of cash, but it does make me rethink how much I trust the loyalty system if points can vanish this easily.
