cashier balance wrong?

so i go to check my balance after a session and it’s literally off by a few bucks, not enough to care about one way or another, but enough to notice. before anyone jumps in, yes i refreshed the page, yes i cleared the cookies, yes i kept track of every hand i played. i’m not just randomly guessing here. i even scrolled transaction history and it all matches what i logged manually. it’s like they’re rounding somewhere or maybe i got charged some kind of hidden fee i missed.

not convinced this is just a “lag” issue either, because my withdrawal from last week showed up instantly, so the system isn’t slow. i know the usual arguments about bonuses getting factored or “pending” wagers, but my account isn’t showing any promos or holds. the numbers just don’t line up the way they should. curious if anyone else who actually tracks their sessions runs into these mini discrepancies.

Have you checked for any manual adjustment entries? Sometimes those are buried in transaction history under weird labels.

Manual adjustment is doing a lot of work there tbh... If op logged every poker hand and the history still matches, i’d side-eye rake/conversion rounding before some mystery label. I’ve had cashier totals drift after tiny-pot sessions, not admin fairy dust...

yeah the part i'd side-eye is promos anyway, not the cashier "lag" stuff, they love hiding dumb balance tweaks under bonus accounting then acting like it's not a bonus because it was "automatic" lol. i've had a $4.12 difference end up being some cashback reversal that posted like 9 hours later with no proper flag in the main balance, just buried in wallet details. if your hand log and transaction log match, it's usually not math, it's them classing something as non-cash for a minute, lmao
