Bonus-free deposits

I am about to make another deposit and I am hovering over the bonus box for once instead of just taking it. Every time I take one, I end up checking the rules after and then the balance does not even feel like mine until all the playthrough is done.

I use crypto most of the time, and I just want to play a bit and cash out if I get lucky without wondering what counted and what did not. Should I just skip the bonus and keep it clean from the start?

Part of me keeps thinking I am leaving value there, but part of me is tired of chasing little promo extras every time I deposit.
