Deposit bonus opt in missed

so i just deposited some crypto into my usual site but totally spaced and didn’t hit the opt in for the deposit bonus. honestly i get why they make you tick the box, just wish there was a simple “undo” if you mess up. i usually try to stick to the little promos for incremental play boosts since i’m mostly at blackjack or roulette tables and want any edge i can get, even if it’s a sliver.

i pinged support but they gave me the default “must opt in before depositing” reply and that’s it. has anyone ever actually gotten a bonus credited after missing the opt in? feels a bit strict especially for regulars. maybe it’s stricter with crypto, or maybe i’m just unlucky this time.
