promo opt in button broken

Tried to use a deposit bonus earlier and the opt in button just spins but nothing happens. Not sure if it’s my phone or something with their system. Happened on wifi and cell data both. It’s one of those things where I’m never sure if I should bother with customer service or just wait it out and try again later. I don’t want to miss the window though.

Anyone else ever get this on promo stuff? Noticed it lately with both roulette and blackjack promos, so I’m starting to think it’s on their end and not just me.

Yeah, seen that with promo stuff and poker reloads, same tired mess. Usually means their eligibility check is hanging, geo or account flag or whatever, and support acts like you imagined it!!! I'd stop chasing that bonus fast

Yeah, had it on slots too. Spinner forever, promo gone by reset. Support was useless.

not always, live dealer promos usually behave better for me than the slot junk. somehow fruit slots on turbo mode get all the busted opt ins and im still salty they miss at reset...

if the button just spins on wifi and data its not ur phone its busted on their end. had a blackjack opt in hang 3 straight tries last month and cs was basically wallpaper

Yeah, that spinning button is usually promo backend nonsense, not your phone, if it dies on wifi and data both. Slight distinction: the game can be fine while the bonus flag won’t attach. I’ve had that on Poker offers more than the actual deposit step.

Roulette promo again lol, same dead button energy as half the poker opt-ins i've seen lately... Boring stuff

I'd probably contact support sooner rather than later if there's an expiration window. At least you'll have a timestamp showing you tried to opt in while the promo was active.
