opt in button spun forever

clicked the opt in button for the latest reload promo - just kept spinning like someone stuck the wheel with no ball. i waited, reloaded the page, even switched devices just in case but it never locked in or gave me any confirmation. nothing got credited either so i’m not sure if i’m in limbo or just out of luck on this one. these promo opt-ins always stress me since one tiny tech mess-up means you miss out, and support just copies the same answers half the time.

kinda sucks because i wanted to try out the new slot while the promo was live and now i’m debating if it’s even worth pursuing or just letting it go. anyone ever had the button just freeze like that and actually get it sorted? or is it usually a sign the promo is busted and to move on?
