why some poker opponents fold way too much to aggression.

Keep running into these players who just fold to any strong move I make, even when I’m basically repping nothing. I’m used to a little more pushback, but lately in some crypto poker rooms, it feels like people are ditching the pot as soon as the aggression ramps up. I get they might be trying to avoid big losses, but aren’t they just bleeding chips by folding too much, especially on safe boards?

The real puzzle for me is whether this is some next-level play or just players who can’t handle post-flop spots. I’m always looking at the stats and tracking, but these overfolders don’t fit the usual patterns. Is this like a new trend with people who just want to grind out their rewards, maybe due to some casino bonus requirement or just plain risk aversion? Makes it tough to get paid on big hands, and honestly, I’m debating switching up my whole approach just because of these passive folks.

"grind out rewards" yeah, bonus chasers fold and move on.

It’s not even always bonus crap in crypto casinos, some of these guys are playing like they half expect the client to hiccup and eat their timebank. Bitstarz had enough little laggy spots for me that I watched people just pre-decide “not close = muck” postflop. That’s the nuance, overfolding isn’t always fear of losing the pot, sometimes it’s fear of getting dragged into a thin spot with a janky setup and no clean read on range or outs. Lazy. But common. If they’re doing it on safe boards, print with small sizings and stop trying to get paid huge...
