can you actually win at poker without any reads

so i've been grinding micro stakes online and sometimes even live, but i keep thinking about how much “reads” really matter. i’m not talking about obvious tells, just those subtle things people seem to pick up on after hours at the table. everyone says you need to watch the player and not just the cards, but honestly i feel like most hands i play are vs total randos or fast-moving games where reads aren’t even possible. is it just straight math and position at that point or am i missing something big? does anyone here rely purely on their strategy without worrying about player-specific reads?
