why do some poker tables always seem to go broke

I've noticed this too, some tables just never seem to keep chips on them for long. Almost every time I sit, folks are rebuying nonstop or busting out quick. It’s usually way worse at the lower stakes, especially online. Part of me thinks it's just the play style, lots of loose action, people chasing everything, hoping for a miracle on the river.

I try to avoid those spots when I'm actually trying to grind, but sometimes the wild games are fun if you don’t mind the variance. Is there something about these tables I’m missing or are they just magnets for broke players?
