anyone ever successfully taught someone terrible poker strategy intentionally?

Me and my cousin had a running joke about calling our messed-up hands “the Kamikaze Method” at the kitchen table, but now I’m curious. Has anyone ever actually taken someone under their wing and coached them on purpose with totally garbage poker advice, just to see if the weird unpredictability works against casual players? Like, purposely teaching bad ranges or getting them to overbet nonsense?

Not talking about mean-spirited stuff, more for science or laughs, like an experiment. Did it work at all or just crash and burn?

Nah, the part that bugs me is acting like “unpredictable” is secretly genius lol. It’s not. I did this with my baby cousin in heads-up hold’em, told him to splash around from early position and overbet junk “for science,” and it worked for like... One shuffle. Then anybody with eyes adjusted and he got cooked by rake and impatience. Live dealer tables are even worse for that sooo yeah, funny bit, trash strategy lmao
