multi tabling mistakes
I keep blowing it whenever I try to run more than two poker tables at once, and I'm not sure what the main thing tripping me up is. Sometimes it's just straight up missing my turn or timing out, but other times it's like my brain just loses track of what happened in a hand and I start making calls or raises I wouldn’t normally make. I know some of you play 4, 6, 8 tables and seem to keep it together.
Tried keeping notes up, but then I feel like I spend half my time typing and not really paying attention to the action. My slots and live dealer play doesn't really train me for this pace, I guess, cause it's usually just one screen. I feel like consistency is key but it’s tough to stay sharp on all tables at the same time. Anyone else deal with this? Is there something I can do to keep the wheels from falling off or is it just a matter of putting in more hours?
