Turn cbet spot?

Board comes J♥ 7♣ 3♦, I open from the button with A♠ Q♠ and get called by the BB. BB checks to me. I know I’ve got two overs and some backdoor stuff, but I keep second guessing firing the cbet here. Feels like the kind of board they call with any jack or some stubborn pocket pairs, and I never know if I’m just lighting money on fire taking these thin shots, even though I know the tiny edges add up in the long run.

Anyone here religious about always betting this, or are you checking back a lot in these spots? What's your approach when you’ve missed but still have some decent equity?
