poker room says my volume looked like bot activity because i played same hours daily

So this just happened - got an email from the poker site saying my play looked like “bot activity” since I’ve been grinding the same hours each night. I get that their algorithms are scanning for consistency but it’s not like I’m crushing the leaderboards or multi-tabling ten games at once. Honestly, the reason I have the exact schedule is just work and sleep. Only time I can play is 10pm to midnight, rinse and repeat. I’m not even running up a huge profit, just steady small stakes action.

Anyone else here ever get flagged for being a “bot” just because you keep a strict schedule? Feels like a lame way to judge legit players, especially with their promo requirements pretty much pushing you to maximize volume. How do you even defend your account without sounding like you’re making excuses? Should I chill with the consistency or just let them monitor?
