poker room says my rake chase looked like promo abuse but i was just grinding nl10

so i was grinding nl10 pretty hard this month, just steady hands and volume, nothing fancy. the poker room hit me with a message saying my play looked like i was abusing a rake chase promo. i seriously was just multi-tabling and sticking to my game plan, not stalling or chip dumping or anything shady.

kinda sucks because i track everything and i’m pretty strict about not bending rules. wondering if anyone else got flagged like this? seems weird to get called out for just solid volume, especially at such low stakes.

Yeah lol I’ve seen rooms do this when their promo tracking is held together with duct tape. Crypto casinos especially love big rakeback talk, then freak out when an NL10 grinder actually clears it lmao

That does sound frustrating. If they're saying it was promo abuse, I'd ask them to explain exactly what part of your play triggered the review..

nah, asking helps, but rooms love staying vague on purpose lol. i've seen promo terms so muddy they flag plain nl10 volume 😒
