poker room says my bonus got reviewed because i kept joining same table after fish

Got an email saying my bonus is "under review" because I kept sitting down at the same table after a clear recreational player busted out and rebought. All I did was leave for a couple hands when the table emptied, then sat again when the fish returned. No multi-accounting, no angle shooting, just trying to find decent spots during a dead shift.

They’re claiming this is some kind of predatory play against casuals and using it as a reason to possibly void my bonus. I get not wanting bumhunters or collusion, but honestly this felt pretty standard table selection. It’s not like I followed this player across tables for hours or anything extreme.

Anyone else ever had this with bonuses or is this a new excuse for the house to not pay up? Where is the line for normal game selection vs “predatory” and how do you even prove it either way?
