lost queens to ace rag twice and still registered another one

Dropped queens back-to-back to guys shoving ace rag on a turbo, got that lovely sick feeling, shut the laptop, but then ended up registering for another just 20 minutes later. Part of me feels like that's just tilt spending, but the other part says you can't let variance get to you when you're playing these high-volatility games.

Not really sure what the most disciplined move is here. I'm all about reliability and not chasing, but the urge to jump back in gets me sometimes. Curious what others do after rough hands, especially in the crypto sites where reload is instant.
