best roulette if you want to play without any emotion

When I'm in a cold mood and just want to burn time without getting worked up, I'm eyeing which roulette table is best for shutting my brain off and clicking. Most of my gambling habits are with slots, where emotion doesn’t help or hurt, but roulette still gives me weird jitters sometimes. I’m guessing stuff like auto roulette, no dealers, no crowd, might help, but I can’t tell if that really takes away the “rush” or just makes me bored.

Anyone found a style of roulette that really helps keep the nerves out of it? Or maybe there’s some technique that dulls out the swings?
