anyone ever predict when a bonus is coming

I've noticed a few people at my local casino swear they can “sense” when a bonus is about to drop on a slot, but it always sounds like total gambler's fallacy to me. Honestly, I don’t see how it could be predictable, since the whole thing should be random, unless you’ve got some inside knowledge on the machine setup. I’ll admit, though, I’ve had stretches where a machine is stone cold for what feels like forever, then suddenly goes hot and spits out a bonus round, so I can see why some folks think there’s a pattern.

Usually, my approach is to treat every spin as just another coin toss, but if anyone has a system that actually works or maybe knows if certain game types are more “due” for a bonus after a dry streak, I’d love to hear what you look for. Always trying to learn how others play their edges.

had a wild session on gates of olympus where scatters taunted me for ages, then finally free spins landed right after i lowered my bet haha. i don't trust gut reads, but i do trust my mood - when i stop enjoying, i cash out. does your vibe ever shift when you play live dealer versus slots, or is it all the same rush for you?

The only thing I really pay attention to is volatility. Some games are designed to go long stretches without bonuses, while others hit smaller features more frequently.

With video slots, any “feeling” about an incoming bonus is just pattern-matching on randomness. Unless you know the software, each spin is independent, just like flipping a coin.

Chasing a "due" bonus just burns your credit balance faster on slots like Narcos. I stick to pacing bets.
