sweet bonanza bought bonus paid 8x and support says thats normal variance lol

so i spun up the sweet bonanza bonus with my own money, not promo funds or anything, and it paid a whopping 8x. yeah, literally eight. hit up support expecting maybe some kind of review, but they told me “that’s just normal variance”. they even said sub 10x can happen a lot with this game, nothing unusual about it. i get that bonuses are a gamble, but it feels off when the big “feature” round pays out less than some base spins.

just curious if anyone else tracks their sweet bonanza bonus outcomes? is this really that common?
