i miss slots that were just simple

all these new slots feel like i'm watching some over-the-top movie, flashing everywhere, weird bonus rounds, storylines i never care about. i just want to spin some classic ones with simple lines, maybe old school fruits or sevens. half the time with the new ones i can’t even tell if i’m winning anything or not, just colors exploding everywhere and confusing sounds.

maybe it’s just nostalgia but it seemed easier to time my bets and track wins on the simpler games. maybe the new graphics are fun for some people but for me it's just overwhelming, especially if i’m playing late at night. tried one with this dragon feature last night - lost track of what triggered what, even though i came close to a big win. feels like the good timing is wasted when you don’t even know what’s going on.
