Have you seen this?

Random find today — Sofatips. Looks like a new community for bettors to chat and share slips. Doesn't look like you can actually bet on the platform, more like have a conversation. Are they trying to solve the Telegram problem where everything gets lost? What's going on? Do you guys know what is this?

If that's the case, I can see the appeal. One of the biggest issues with Telegram betting communities is that good analysis gets buried quickly, and it's hard to track someone's long-term performance. A dedicated platform could make it easier to follow tipsters, organize discussions by sport, and keep a record of picks and outcomes.

If they actually let you pin and revisit real threads, that’s a win for the deep divers. I wonder how much moderation shapes what stays visible.

whenever analysis gets lost, it’s like misplacing a roulette receipt mid session, you learn less from your stumbles and wins. posts that actually stick around mean you can revisit your logic, not just the result. i’d take that structure over any endless scroll, every time.

When you actually want to figure out where your process tripped you up, having a public trail of thought beats any “just vibes” group. A bit like backtesting in sports betting, but for your own brain.

The other upside is avoiding that FOMO urge you get in chats where bonuses drop and disappear in minutes. Structured platforms make it easier to track down promos without scrambling.

Seen Sofatips pop up and my first question is how they’re going to handle moderation and bad advice. In roulette threads here, at least people call out nonsense pretty quick. A chat format might make it harder to weed out trolls and fakes.

How did you find it?

Stumbled onto Sofatips from a random odds aggregator newsletter. At first it felt promising but the lack of structure reminds me why forums like GamblingForum stick around.

This does look like an answer to the Telegram chaos, but with a coat of fresh paint. Forums like this one win for discipline and stability because you can actually track promos, see real chat history, and not lose a juicy bonus lead in a million messages. Telegram’s a sprint, not a marathon, and random “slip share” groups get clogged fast. Anyone tried Sofatips yet? Curious if they keep archives organized or just reinvent the same noisy wheel.

Most promos worth chasing have rules buried in the fine print, so I stick to platforms where those details stick around. Seen enough group chats fumble that bag.

Have you tried it? I didn’t see anything suspicious but I get your point

First glance at Sofatips gave me flashbacks to ferry trips where someone starts a game of roulette and half the table argues about bets, but nobody writes down results. In that chaos, sure, nobody scams you, but you also walk away with no clue who’s actually got skill versus who just gets loud. I want to see not just a real discussion, but a trail to follow. That’s what keeps me coming back to GamblingForum over any group chat. Structure and memory beat endless scrolling, every time.

Tried it for a day, info just vanished in the shuffle.

One thing I wonder about with new betting chats is how people actually keep their bankrolls in check without decent threads to look back at. With roulette especially, you need a record of what did or didn’t work. If Sofatips just scrolls endlessly like Telegram, people will lose more than just conversation.

I think the mental trap is treating chats like a notepad. Slow forums build patience. It’s underrated as a competitive edge. Try making a mini session log here, even one line, before you dive back into the endless scroll. Makes spotting your own patterns possible.

chats burn fast, but when the conversation is just slip sharing, everyone ends up chasing the last “big win” story instead of the long run. in casino games, it’s like folks who only remember their jackpots but never the cold streaks. that’s where bonuses get dangerous, too, if you lose sight of your habits. patience isn’t sexy, but it outlasts hype every single time

It looks like the chat is only based on a post, I don’t see any chat rooms in that platform. It’s interesting that you can save your post in case you want to see it again later, also stats about your performance. I don’t know, I will test it more this days to see what is going on in there. It reminds me of Facebook but for bettors :))

Having your bet posts and stats saved feels a bit like roulette sessions where you actually keep your slips to check what worked. That’s more useful than shouting tips into the void.
