anyone ever successfully dispute a sportsbook settlement decision?

Had a weird one with a live soccer bet where the sportsbook called it a loss even though the goal got called back after VAR. I screenshotted everything, dug up the official match logs, and sent in a super detailed dispute but just got a canned response saying their decision stands. Started making me wonder if anybody here actually gets these things overturned or if it's just a waste of time.

Anybody got any stories where they fought a bad settlement and actually got it changed? Or tips on getting through to someone who'll actually look at the details?

If support keeps sending template responses, I'd politely ask for the case to be reviewed by the trading or settlements team.

A polite request to escalate the case to the appropriate team can often lead to a more thorough review.

Yeah, sometimes they do flip it, but lol, not because your “super detailed dispute” was sooo persuasive. It happens when you hit the exact rule wording they were too lazy to apply the first time. Live soccer settlements are a clown show once VAR gets involved. From my experience, the second they smell you used any bonus/promo credit, they get even more rigid. Screenshots help, sure, but the only thing that’s ever worked for me is quoting their own house rules back at them line by line 😴
